Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with veryph. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. veryph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts associated with the User, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of bonuses, and voiding of any winnings obtained through duplicate accounts.

2.3 Account Security and Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will select a username and password that serve as your account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. With 2FA enabled, you will be required to provide a secondary verification code sent to your registered mobile device in addition to your password when logging in. veryph shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain proper security over your credentials.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

3.1 Identity Verification Requirements

For e-wallets such as GCash or Maya, you may be asked to provide screenshots of your account profile showing your verified name. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. veryph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that do not match your verified identity. Enhanced due diligence may include requests for source of funds documentation, employment verification, video verification calls, or other measures deemed necessary to satisfy legal obligations or mitigate risk. Failure to cooperate with enhanced due diligence requests may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending completion of required verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

veryph supports various deposit methods tailored for Filipino players including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum). All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal and potential account closure.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. Cryptocurrency deposits may require blockchain confirmation before being credited. Wins resulting from malfunction errors are not valid and will be voided. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the veryph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include: modification or copying of platform materials; use of materials for commercial purposes; attempts to reverse engineer or decompile platform software; removal of copyright or proprietary notices; transfer of materials to another person or "mirroring" materials on another server; or any other use not expressly authorized by these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

In no event shall veryph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is less.

veryph provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that defects will be corrected; or that the platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Termination and Account Closure

veryph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false information during registration; fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering; bonus abuse or unfair gaming practices; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; chargebacks or payment disputes; extended account inactivity; or any conduct that veryph determines to be harmful to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, you forfeit all funds, bonuses, and winnings in your account. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach, veryph will return any remaining balance to you after deducting applicable fees and charges, subject to successful identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Before closing your account, withdraw any remaining balance or forfeit the balance by explicitly requesting account closure with funds remaining.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the veryph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, veryph reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and veryph regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

13.2 Amendments to Terms

veryph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Website. veryph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunication failures, internet outages, power failures, or hardware or software failures.
